Una Vuelta a Iberia, día 23

Tenía que suceder tarde o temprano. El pronóstico para hoy era lluvia. Anoche vi la imagen de radar y vi una gran tormenta llegando a Galicia. Esta mañana, me levanté y vi el cielo con nubes y manchas de azul. Volví a ver la imagen de radar y vi la misma gran tormenta llegado a Galicia pero nada más. Con una etapa prevista de sólo 69km dentro de Extremadura, decidí irme. Momentos más tarde, se levantó mi anfitrión y me dirigió a ver el cielo en la otra dirección. Vi la fila de nubes oscuras y me di cuenta que no podía irme. Momentos más tarde, en la imagen de radar apareció otra tormenta veniendo directamente hacia nosotros y me tuve que rendir. Resulta que pasé el día muy inquieto. Durante un rato de sol, dimos una vuelta a un parque natural a lado del río. Después vimos una peli. El pronóstico para mañana es nublado pero sin lluvia. Que pudiera emprender la etapa ya.

It had to happen sooner or later. The forecast for today was rain. Last night I saw the radar image and saw a big storm arriving in Galicia. This morning, I woke up and saw the sky with clouds and patches of blue. I saw the radar image again and saw the same big storm over Galicia but nothing more. With a stage of just 69km entirely in Extremadura, I decided to go. Moments later, my host got up and directed me to see the sky in the other direction. I saw the wall of dark clouds and realized that I couldn't go. Moments later, in the radar image appeared another storm coming directly towards us and I had to surrender. Consequently I spent the day ill at easy. During a sunny spell, we went for a walk around a natural park by the river. Afterward we saw a movie. The forecast for tomorrow is cloudy but no rain. I wish that could start that stage now.
