Una Vuelta a Iberia, día 32

Pamplona a Irún, 82km (acumulados 2724km)

Lamento no hacer fotos del paisaje los últimos días: era precioso y las hojas de los árboles han empezado a cambiar de color. Pero la verdad es que o aguantaba el mal tiempo o no me sentía bien y fuerte. Mi condición mejoró ligeramente durante la noche. Aún así, pensaba en quedarme un día extra en Pamplona para no repetir las experiencias de ayer -- hasta un episodio desagradable con las antipáticas que trabajan en el albergue de peregrinos. Hoy era como una continuación de ayer, con ratos de llovizna, frío y aún niebla y con un poco de dolor de estómago. Tuve que cruzar los montes vascos pero no me costó tanto como anticipaba. Llegué a Irún cansado pero sin problema. Aún entré en Francia (Hendaia) para comer y para hacer fotos en la playa. Con la etapa de hoy, cumplí el segundo tramo de mi vuelta.

I regret not taking pictures of the landscape in the last few days: it was beautiful and the leaves have begun to change color. But the truth is that either I was putting up with bad weather or I wasn't feeling well and strong. My condition improved just slightly overnight. Still, I almost decided to stay an extra day in Pamplona to not repeat the experiences of yesterday -- until an disagreeable episode with the unpleasant young women that work in the albergue for pilgrims. Today was like a continuation of yesterday, with spells of rain, fog, and cold and with the stomach a little bad. I had to cross the Basque mountains but it wasn't as bad as I expected. I arrived in Irún tired but with no problem. And I even went to France (Hendaye) to eat lunch and to take pictures on the beach. With today's stage, I completed the second part of my trip.
