A Coruña a Santiago de Compostela, 65km (acumulados 3578km)

A Coruña merece un premio especial: la ciudad más difícil acceder con bici. Las autovías llevan hasta el corazón de la ciudad y dejan ninguna alternativa obvia. La combinación de su tráfico a toda velocidad con la constante subida y bajada hace el acceso con bici vertiginoso y peligroso. Pues tuve suerte hoy que llegué a Santiago antes de la lluvia. Pero como la etapa de ayer, había poco llano y me parecía pasar casi toda la etapa subiendo. Y la carretera (N-550) estuvo en vergonsamente mala condición. Total que no me gustó nada la ruta de hoy. Pero llegué al centro de Santiago a la hora de comer con mi anfitrión. Es mi tercera vez en Santiago. Esta vez no recogí ni la compostela ni el otro certificado pero sí volví a hacer una foto con la catedral.

A Coruña deserves a special prize: the most difficult city to access by bike. The highways go to the heart of the city and leave no obvious alternative. The combination of traffic at full speed with the constant uphill and downhill makes access by bike nerve-racking and dangerous. Well today I was lucky that I arrived in Santiago before the rain. But like yesterday's stage, there was little flat and I seemed to spend most of the stage climbing. And the road (N-550) is in embarrassingly bad condition. As a result, I didn't at all like the route today. But I arrived in the center of Santiago in time to have lunch with my host. It's my third time in Santiago. This time I didn't collect the compostela or the other certificate but I did take a picture in front of the cathedral.
